We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal for secure transactions.

We acceprt all forms of payment options on our website. Alternatively, a deposit secures your reservation, and final payment is required at least 60 days prior to the trip. We handle all logistics — from accommodations and transportation to excursions — so you only need to confirm and prepare for an unforgettable experience.

We offer scheduled destinations featured in the "Upcoming Tours" section. Please refer to the "Build Your Own" section for customized private group tours destinations.

Do I need trip cancellation insurance?

Airfare and hotel costs are typically not refundable. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended if you need to cancel your trip for covered reasons, including if you get sick, or have other emergencies that prevent you from travelling. This covers flights, hotel bookings, bus rental, activities tickets and other covered expenses.We can provide options to secure this in advance of your trip.

Breakfast is always included in your reservations. Some lunch/dinner options may be included in the package as part of the culinary experience. Outside of that, we offfer curated recommendations for lunch and dinner at local restaurants with menus that cater to any dietary restrictions.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey, Epic Quest Travel hosts two virtual video conferences before your departure. These sessions introduce your Tour Director and cover essential information, including travel requirements, currency, local customs, daily itinerary details, packing tips, and guidance on appropriate attire. This preparation ensures every traveler feels confident, informed, and ready to fully enjoy the experience.
